Back in New Hampshire...and come back to WTF???

I come back to New Hampshire to find out you now need a fishing license to fish in the fucking OCEAN!!! WTF kind of crap is THAT??!!!!! The money collected for fishing and hunting licenses are to go to restocking our forests and streams. Last time I checked, no one is restocking thebloody ocean! So where the fuck is the money going to go for THAT crap? God the government is really starting to piss me off, when is their manipulation going to end? They take away our rights every day, and we just sit back and LET them. The ONE place you used to be able to go to kick back with your friends without having to shell out any money to big brother was the ocean, now even THAT isn't free anymore. What is wrong with this country? Before you know it, they are going to tax us for taking a piss! and it has been passing laws every day that are unconstitutional and it seems no one cares or they are too stupid to realize it.
